If your order arrives damaged or missing, please send us as much photographs as you can within 48 hours of package arrival and keep all materials and packaging. All claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.If an item returns as an unclaimed or returned package for any reason we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted without refund unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING INFO IS CORRECT. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item.
