Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – My Soul Therapy We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of $50 No-shows or missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session fee. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps ensure we can provide the best care for all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
