My Story
I am a licensed psychotherapist that specializes in trauma work. I've spent several years of my life walking with people through the darkest times of their life. Together we come out on the other side.
I discovered many years ago that I had a gift for helping people heal their emotional wounds. My compassion and directness has challenged my clients to give up their current position and embrace something new. Intuition and clinical training has caused me to use methods that are tailored to my client's needs.
I specialize in Existential, Humanistic and Transpersonal psychology. I also practice Level Two EMDR.
I am a mom of two sons, a daughter of a southern bell and West Indian immigrant, a sister, auntie and a grandma (affectionately called Gammy). I host local and international wellness retreats, seminars, and webinars. I conduct trainings for organizations on sexual trauma, sex trafficking and consultations for attorneys.
My hobbies: cooking, singing, traveling the world, going to street fairs and reading.
